It can some time be a pain to separate egg whites from the yolk. I did some searching online and came to find some great ways to separate them.
Using a Plastic Bottle
Crack the egg and have a clean bottle, simply squeeze the bottle to release some air then when close to the yolk let the air come back in.
The Old Fashioned Way
Take the egg crack it and use the shells as cups for the yolk
The Egg White Separator
A great tool for a lot of eggs.
