You will need: 2 eggs per serving (this video uses quail eggs), 2 ounces fresh sausage, 1 chicken egg, flour and panko braedcrumbs for dredging, 2 ounces sliced and roasted peppers, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, olive oil and mixed greens to garnish.
