Do NOT try this! Ziploc bags melt at 195 degrees F. Water boils at 212 degrees F. The fats in the cheese actually get hotter than 212 degrees F when melted in this manner. This can release carcinogens into your food. Even Ziploc says on their site "Can I boil in Ziploc® Brand Bags? No. Ziploc® Brand Bags are not designed to withstand the extreme heat of boiling." http://www.ziploc.com/Pages/Bags.aspx
